I’m Maya, the founder of Anxio Ring.

My story creating Anxio began with a pair of hands that were never still.

I grew up with the kind of anxiety that shows up in the body first: the shaking before a simple conversation, the knot in my stomach hours before a meeting, the countdown to every "yes." As a kid, I sometimes hoped I'd get sick just so I'd have a reason not to go.
