Free shipping on every order
Every order ships free with tracking, worldwide, with no minimum purchase.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States: 4 to 7 business days
- Canada: 5 to 9 business days
- United Kingdom: 5 to 9 business days
- Australia: 5 to 9 business days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 9 business days
Delivery times are estimates that start once your order ships. They are not guaranteed, and carrier delays, weather, customs, and peak seasons can occasionally slow delivery.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless they are collected at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, email us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate it and, if it cannot be found, send a replacement or issue a refund.
